About the Role

Nokia is seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our customer service organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-specific architecture solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customer-specific architecture solutions in dedicated areas of competence.
  • Identify and coordinate cross-functional activities for initial phases of solution development.
  • Capture and manage functional and non-functional requirements using industry best practices.
  • Understand and capture critical inputs from stakeholders and translate them into effective requirements and solutions.
  • Specify and design effective end-to-end solutions through high- and low-level design of architecture.
  • Apply solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to create and maintain solution integrity over time.
  • Develop the full scope of solutions, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
  • Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate effective solutions in specialized domains to meet customer requirements and outcomes.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions within the professional area.
  • Solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
  • Act as a professional leader for staff, work teams, or task forces, often the most senior specialist in a team.
