Job Summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives for Marketing and Sales functions. This role will be responsible for creating and driving procurement-related activity across the Care & Connection and Health & Hygiene Groups, with a combined spend responsibility of $200MM+ in Creative, Influencers, PR, Pack & Brand Design, and other categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new sourcing strategies and capabilities
  • Perform contract audits and spend analysis
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess ROI of marketing budget
  • Conduct competitive bidding and RFP processes
  • Negotiate commercial agreements
  • Implement vendor and stakeholder management
  • Deliver continuous savings and performance improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6+ years of Procurement experience, ideally in Indirect Procurement functions
  • 3+ years of experience in developing category strategies and strong working knowledge of the marketing agency environment sourcing
  • Background experience in FMCG Companies is highly valued
  • Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes
  • Work experience in an international environment and matrix organizations
  • Results-oriented individual with a solid proven track record in delivering value
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills
  • Ability to creatively solve business problems pragmatically and at speed
