Job Description
As the Human Resources Manager with the role of Head for the Human Resources function, you will be responsible for leading the HR function, developing strategic plans and objectives that align with the company's vision, mission, and overall business goals.
You will oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition strategies and onboarding programs, to attract and retain top talent. Manages employee relations issues and fosters a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, satisfaction, and retention aligned with organizational values.
Drives the execution of the performance management system, setting performance goals for the HR team and providing coaching to line management. Designs competitive compensation packages and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations while conducting salary surveys to maintain market competitiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires:
- Leads the HR function, developing strategic plans and objectives that align with the company's vision, mission, and overall business goals.

Benefits
You will report directly to the Global People and Culture Director at SuperStaff. Working hours are from Monday to Friday.
