Position Overview:
We are assisting Sofvio in the search for a skilled Frontend Engineer with a strong background in User Experience to contribute to their innovative projects.

Compensation:
COP 4M - 6.5M/month

Remote Work:
Available for residents of Colombia.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development, UI design, and UX/UI design.
  • Proficient in CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and responsive design.
  • Experienced with tools such as Figma, testing frameworks, and digital product development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that meet user needs.
  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and enhance the user experience.
  • Optimize frontend applications for performance and responsiveness across devices.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
  • Maintain and update existing web applications, ensuring they adhere to current standards and technologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in frontend technologies and UX design.
  • Create technical documentation to support code maintenance and user guidance.

Desirable Skills:
  • Interest in generative AI topics.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
