Key Responsibilities

As a Project Leader within BCG's Travel Cities and Infrastructure Practice Area, you will be an integral member of our team, collaborating with some of the industry's leading experts to shape the future of travel. Your role will involve:

  • Implementing the KLM-BCG Digital Operations Suite
  • Optimizing dynamic pricing and revenue management strategies
  • Developing ancillary revenue strategies
  • Formulating loyalty program strategies
  • Transforming operations related to crew management, airports, and maintenance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in the travel sector, particularly within an airline or aviation company, or a consulting firm with a focus on aviation
  • Experience in challenging roles and responsibilities, ideally in areas such as network planning, revenue management, operations, and maintenance
  • A strong passion for the aviation industry
  • A commitment to supporting a diverse range of clients
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
