The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will drive pipeline growth in both volume and size by identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach. You will develop and execute outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking, to connect with prospects.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Growth: Identify high-potential clients and assess their needs through initial outreach and qualification.
- Develop and execute outbound activities to engage potential clients.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads into the sales cycle.
- Partner with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns for maximum outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role, preferably within ad tech, SaaS, or retail solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline generation goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and qualify leads effectively.
