About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Technical Specialist to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of SAP Commerce Cloud. As part of our fast-paced growth business, you will be responsible for providing in-depth technical knowledge and support to ensure seamless project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to customers during their value journey, ensuring successful project implementation and optimal performance of SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Architecture Design: Collaborate with partners and customers to design and assess non-functional requirements, such as maintainability and optimization, to provide the best solution that meets customer expectations.
  • Tech Reviews: Conduct thorough technical reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement recommendations to enhance overall system performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives, while fostering open communication and collaboration.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Technical Expertise:

  • Java Proficiency: Minimum 3 years of experience in Java programming and a strong understanding of its concepts and best practices.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud platform, including its modules, functionalities, and development environment.

Additional Skills

  • Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Scripting Proficiency: Ability to script in Bash, Python, Perl, or Groovy.
  • Infrastructure Software: Experience with container and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certifications: Certifications in SAP Commerce Cloud, Java, or relevant fields would be beneficial.
  • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud service providers like Azure and Agile methodologies.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
