Key Responsibilities
  1. Progress Plan Management:
    • Develop and implement progress plans aligned with IDEMIA's strategy.
    • Guide project leaders in project definition and ensure consistency across departments.
    • Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
    • Evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives on processes and systems.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects.
  2. Lead Cross-functional Transformation Projects:
    • Drive organizational improvement projects with a broad impact.
    • Implement best practices in process management and ensure alignment across departments.
    • Manage project deliverables, quality, and timelines, resolving obstacles as needed.
  3. Change Management Strategy:
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to implement new technologies and processes.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and support.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  4. Engineering Transformation:
    • Ensure the proper deployment of agile methodologies.
    • Track engineering indicators and ensure alignment with transformation goals.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Project Management, especially in IT environments.
  2. Proven track record in organizational transformation and technical products innovation.
  3. SaaS experience (required).
  4. Proficiency in Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or ISO standards.
  5. Experience in Change Management (required).
  6. Bachelor's degree and specialization (or Master's).
  7. Advanced English (C1 level).
  8. 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  9. Proficient in Excel and experience in creating reports for senior management.
  10. Availability to travel (20% a year).
  11. Availability to work in a hybrid setting in Bogotá.
