We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager in Bogotá to drive business growth through relationship-building and strategic decision-making. As a key member of our team, you'll cultivate strong relationships with our B2B clients, advising them on well-being services and identifying their needs to deliver comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
  • Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategies to enhance key metrics
  • Pursue opportunities to expand your portfolio through cross-selling and market exploration
  • Ensure client satisfaction by effectively managing resources
  • Analyze client data to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Prepare reports and present KPIs to clients
  • Oversee the launch and relaunch of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services
  • Manage operational and analytical aspects of your portfolio, including collections and client claims

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B account management in services or SaaS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
  • Advanced English skills
  • Full-time availability

Work Arrangement:

Initial remote work arrangement with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model in Bogotá.
