At Phoenix Tower International, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Colombia. This role will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring fair and compliant employee relations processes across all Latin America markets while aligning with global company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and experience working in a multinational environment is required. The role will involve providing guidance on workplace concerns, conducting investigations and disciplinary processes, and reviewing, updating, and communicating HR policies and disciplinary procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to labor regulations, policies, and HR best practices
  • Lead workplace investigations related to employee complaints, misconduct, or policy violations
  • Prepare, review, and update employment contracts
  • Assess and implement reasonable accommodation for employees with disabilities, medical conditions, or workplace needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is highly desirable
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus but not required
