This Senior Email Campaign Specialist position is an exciting opportunity for experienced designers to shape the visual identity of our clients' marketing campaigns. As a member of the Hustler Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs that drive results for our clients. Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing email campaigns, SMS/MMS campaigns, and other marketing initiatives that engage and convert clients.
  • Working closely with Account Managers to ensure design solutions meet client needs.
  • Implementing design concepts and ideas across various channels.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to junior designers and other team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and graphic design.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a designer in a professional setting or similar experience in a design role at another agency. You should possess excellent communication, presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver high-quality work. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, as well as proficiency in using Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
