The Role:

As a Senior Network Operations Engineer at Anthology Inc., you will be part of a team responsible for providing network operations support to the company's IT network infrastructure, which supports approximately 2000 employees worldwide.

You will design, install, and maintain the Anthology WAN, Internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks in a cost-effective manner. Your primary goal is to ensure that data networks are reliable, high-performing, and meet the needs of the entire enterprise.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance and capacity metrics and trends to assess risks and business impact
  • Make recommendations for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain and update infrastructure documentation
  • Work collaboratively with service providers and team members on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests
  • Maintain and increase the security levels of all data networks within Anthology

You will also partner with customers of IT to understand business needs and adapt them to technology solutions.

This role requires up to 20% travel and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and ensure needs are met.
