Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Global Network Operations (GNO) team. As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing network changes to ensure the stability and security of our global network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the global network for issues and troubleshoot problems using advanced tools and technologies.
  2. Network Changes and Remediations: Plan and implement network changes to prevent or resolve network-related incidents.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering teams and other stakeholders to resolve complex network issues.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on technical experience supporting and operating enterprise-scale networks, including Cisco routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network authentication, as well as Cisco firewalls, VPNs, Fortinet firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM, Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Aruba SD/WAN, Zscaler, and monitoring systems.
  • Networking Tools and Software: Proficiency in using network monitoring tools, such as IBM SevOne NPM, Broadcom AppNeta, Cisco ThousandEyes, NetScout nGenius, Cisco Prime, and NetBrain PDAS.
  • IT Service Management: Experience with IT service management, including event management, incident management, knowledge management, configuration management database/asset management, and change management.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve work issues in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer Orientation and Adaptability: Strong customer orientation and ability to learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
