SUMMARY

SAJ is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, and we are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to clients and internal teams on SAJ inverters and energy storage products.

Some of your key responsibilities will include delivering technical training to clients' engineering teams, assisting the sales team with product demonstrations and technical explanations, and responding to after-sales inquiries and diagnosing technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical training to clients' engineering teams
  • Assist the sales team with product demonstrations and technical explanations
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support for SAJ inverters and energy storage products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the solar PV industry (preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar inverters and energy storage systems
