Job Description:
As a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold/warm calling. You will play a crucial part in the sales process by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to identify potential clients.
- Research and understand customer pain points to tailor messaging accordingly, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Set up meetings and appointments between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead interactions and pipeline progress, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required), demonstrating a solid foundation in sales and marketing principles.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, showcasing a track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and negotiation with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct persuasive outreach and handle objections effectively, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus, providing a competitive edge in managing complex sales pipelines.
