Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced professional who can lead and coordinate the testing of medium and large projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in the development of test strategy, test plan, and estimation process.
- Preparing test plans, scenarios, and test data.
- Leading test execution participants and compiling test results.
- Producing a summary test report and updating the traceability matrix.
- Analyzing the root cause of defects and ensuring their closure on time.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in software testing, with expertise in frontend UI, functional testing, and automation. Additionally, they should possess strong leadership and soft skills, such as proactivity.
Job RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in leading testing teams and coordinating project activities.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Postman, SQL, and automation tools.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
