Liderar un equipo de testers, proporcionando orientación y soporte en la implementación de pruebas automatizadas.

Requisitos: Requisitos Los candidatos ideales deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en pruebas de software, con al menos 3 años de experiencia en pruebas automatizadas.
Experiencia en el liderazgo de equipos de QA, preferiblemente en entornos de desarrollo ágil.
Dominio de herramientas de automatización de pruebas como Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, entre otras.
Conocimiento profundo de lenguajes de programación como Java, Python o C#.
Familiaridad con herramientas de integración continua y entrega continua (CI/CD) como Jenkins, Git, o similar.
Capacidad para analizar y entender los requisitos del negocio y traducirlos en prácticas de pruebas efectivas.
Excelente capacidad de comunicación y habilidades interpersonales, pudiendo trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno remoto.
Certificaciones relacionadas con QA y pruebas de software son una ventaja.
