We are seeking a skilled Property Research Associate to join our team at PropLogix. This full-time entry-level position involves conducting property due diligence, utilizing online resources and communication skills to gather information, and preparing detailed reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact Home Owners Associations and Management Companies for relevant property information
  • Obtain specific time-sensitive documents
  • Prepare detailed documentation based on research and reporting

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience on the phone (preferably in sales or customer service)
  • Advanced level of English reading and writing
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $2,750,000 COP during training, increasing to $2,500,000 COP (minus taxes) per month plus full benefits after successful completion of training
