Job Description

At Tech And Solve, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team of Solvers. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to end users, troubleshooting and collaborating with the IT team to resolve issues.
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, configuration, and deactivation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Groove, Salesforce Phone Keypad, and Adobe Sign.
  • Perform quality control tests, function testing, and data analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Update documentation and perform minor page layout edits as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Groove, Salesforce Phone Keypad, and Adobe Sign.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
