Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $15,000,000 COP, open to negotiation based on experience.

Job Description
As a Cybersecurity Specialist - Threat Assessment, you will be responsible for evaluating the security of computer systems, networks, and applications to identify vulnerabilities that could be exploited by malicious actors. This role involves simulating real-world cyberattacks to test the effectiveness of security measures and providing actionable recommendations to improve defenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a penetration tester;
  • Certifications in OSCP or OSCE or OSWE;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently;
  • Fluent English language skills, including reading and writing proficiency; and
  • B2+ - C1 level of proficiency in English.
