- Manages own work and plans in terms of weeks or months.
- Possesses professional knowledge and expertise; assignments and projects are of limited scope and complexity; makes decisions within specific guidelines.
- Be responsible for change requests in existing studios.
- Be responsible for coordinating and planning the relocation of tables.
- Be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates and schedules for the tasks performed when needed.
- Execute projects from initiation to closure.
- Update and report on projects.
- Manage stakeholders.
- Support Project Managers with tasks within larger projects.
- Assist with internal and external communication.
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
- BA in Technical / Business / Construction or Engineering field.
- Conceptual knowledge of PM theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline typically acquired through formal training or university studies.
- Game knowledge is an advantage.
- Project manager experience is an advantage.
- Ability and passion to work in a hyperdynamic work environment where priorities often change.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) at all levels within the organization and external parties.
- Excellent administration skills including management of project artefacts and their traceability.
- Excellent organizational skills.
