About the Role

PETROLEO360 GROUP SAS is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement efforts and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies to improve procurement performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement category strategies to improve procurement performance.
  2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and added value for our company.
  3. Create and manage procurement plans to ensure efficient and effective sourcing.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  5. Manage supplier relationships and evaluate their performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  3. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  4. SAP experience is an asset.
  5. Negotiation, organization, autonomy, teamwork, assertive communication, and project management skills.
  6. Spanish proficiency is required.
