Job Description

The Manager will play a key role in leading strategic sourcing and category management projects, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and developing and implementing effective solutions. This includes meeting and exceeding service level requirements, interacting with senior-level clients, and participating in firm growth strategy and execution activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading strategic sourcing and category management projects.
  • Developing and implementing process improvement ideas.
  • Meeting and exceeding service level requirements.

  • Coaching and mentoring consultants.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of consulting experience in top firms, including procurement outsourcing background.
  • Solid procurement knowledge.
  • BA/BS Degree required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and manage meetings.
  • Experience in leading small and medium-sized projects and assignments.
  • Ability to convert large amounts of information into concise descriptions.
  • Ability to work in self-managed and team environments.
