Job Description:
We are seeking a Strategic Financial Planning Expert to join our Financial Planning & Analysis function, managing all aspects of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This includes corporate reporting and planning requirements, strategic and customer planning, and executing on financial process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the financial close process through analysis of variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers, and initiatives.
- Develop and update standardized financial reporting packages to drive and support the business, including business metrics/KPIs.
- Apply strategic understanding of business dynamics and competitive forces in different markets to support business formulation of mitigating strategies.
- Execute on financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling.
Requirements:
- Post-Graduation in Finance or CPA or MBA Finance.
- Experience in financial roles with advanced knowledge and experience with all phases of financial planning and management.
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., Hyperion and Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating in a team environment.

As a Strategic Financial Planning Expert at Mastercard, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy. You will be responsible for managing multiple activities of different nature in a condensed timeframe and delivering results. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively communicate information to relevant groups and recommend actions to improve financial performance.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
