Job Title: Senior Credit Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Management Professional to join our team in Bogota. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer reconciliation and cash collection, leading to an increase in cash flow and reduction of bad and old debt.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proactive cash collection and management of credit risk
  • Handling daily order releases and customer queries
  • Driving issue resolution and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Managing credit limits and monitoring payment behavior
  • Generating reports on debt collection and cash forecasting

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $45,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
