Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Brief Development: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop creative briefs and concepts that meet their needs and objectives.
  • Production Planning: Create and manage production estimates, budgets, and project timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor in-house and remote designers, video production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client Communication: Schedule and attend meetings with clients and internal teams to review progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical and creative issues, leveraging your expertise and resources to find innovative solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day client requests, questions, and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, project management).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication skills, project management expertise, knowledge of design, animation, and video production processes, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Language: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
