Job Overview
A Supervisor Stewarding is responsible for leading a team of Stewards to deliver exceptional Guest and Member experiences while supporting the hotel's overall operations. Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise Stewards to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained
• Support Team Members in training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Coordinate daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain Back of House areas to the highest cleanliness standards and adhere to cleaning schedules
• Observe Health, Hygiene, and Safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances and comply with all Health and Safety requirements
• Report faults, misused, or damaged equipment issues to management and take corrective action
Requirements:
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members
• Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations and priorities
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is advantageous
