Job Summary:

A Supervisor Stewarding at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is responsible for supervising the Stewards to deliver an exceptional Guest and Member experience while supporting the overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Stewards ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization in Back of House areas.
  • Support the Team Members in training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are observed and followed at all times.
  • Report any faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the Managers, Executive Chef, and/or Chief Engineering.
  • Assist in the location, movement and storage of operational equipment to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure that team members adhere to all Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to a range of various work situations.
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or supervisory position.
