Job Title: Digital Analytics Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Strategist to join our team at CI&T. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for analyzing data related to our digital product efforts to drive informed decisions and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses that provide actionable insights into customer behavior, marketing campaign performance, and digital product usage.
  • Manage and optimize the implementation of tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Define and conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with product teams to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Develop and implement user-behavior analytics standards and quality assurance best practices to ensure data integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital analytics trends and tools, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English skills
  • At least five years of experience in digital analytics or a related field
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing tools such as AEP and AJO
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with RT-CDP Execution from data gathering to activation
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
You will stand out if you have:
  • Spanish skills
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
