At Mastercard, we're working to create a more inclusive and connected digital economy. As part of our Global Business Service Center (GBSC), Collateral team, we're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Risk Management to help drive our customer experience strategy forward.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Treasury, Tax, Legal, and 3rd-party banking institutions, to ensure timely and accurate collaboration.
  • Partnering with the Risk Management team to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions that drive growth and innovation.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of collateral processes, including preparation and review of security agreements and standby letters of credit.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc reporting and special requests, while also taking ownership of tasks assigned.

About You

  • A minimum graduation degree is required, along with proficiency in conducting written and verbal business in both Portuguese and English.
  • Experience working with Excel, PDF, and Word documents is essential, as is the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of collateral processes.
  • Able to consistently deliver accurate analytical support in a timely manner.
  • Experience handling collateral documents, such as cash collateral and standby letters of credit.
  • Maintain a controls & compliance focus balanced with a passion for enabling the business with efficiency.
