Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain robust payment gateway solutions using Java and Spring technologies.
  2. Implement and manage APIs and services with Java, Spring Boot, and Reactive Spring.
  3. Work with Spring Data, Spring Cloud Stream, and Kafka binder for data streaming and integration.
  4. Apply Spring Security principles with OAuth2 for secure application access.
  5. Develop and apply functional programming techniques to enhance code quality and performance.
  6. Apply design patterns and methodologies to solve complex software engineering problems.
  7. Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including Cosmos DB.
  8. Utilize Azure services, including Kafka/Event Hub and Cosmos DB, for cloud-based solutions.
  9. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  10. Monitor and analyze application performance using Datadog, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Required Skills:

  1. Proficiency in developing applications with Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Data, Spring Cloud Stream (Kafka binder), Spring Security (OAuth2), and Spring Reactive / WebFlux.
  2. Design Patterns: Knowledge of Gang of Four design patterns.
  3. Experience with non-blocking I/O development practices.
  4. Experience with Mockito, JUnit Jupiter, Jacoco, and SonarQube for testing and code quality.
  5. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  6. Experience with Azure services, including Kafka/Event Hub and Cosmos DB.
  7. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
  8. Experience with Datadog, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Grafana for performance monitoring and logging.
