About the Position:
Role: Email Marketing Lead
Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Philippine Timezone and Eastern Standard Timezones

Role Overview:
As the Email Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in developing a robust and effective email marketing strategy, significantly contributing to the marketing team's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing Strategy:

    • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Assessment and Segmentation:
    • Design and launch email campaigns targeting cart-holding customers.
    • Utilize data segmentation and testing for accurate customer targeting.
  • Workflow Management:
    • Organize and manage efficient workflows for email campaigns.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance processes for improved efficiency.
  • A/B Testing:
    • Conduct A/B testing to refine various email components.
    • Analyze outcomes and implement enhancements.
  • Personalization Strategy:
    • Develop and execute personalization strategies for diverse customer segments.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Regularly assess email campaign metrics.
    • Generate reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Automation Implementation:
    • Identify automation opportunities within email marketing.
    • Implement and optimize automated workflows.
  • Email Copywriting:
    • Create compelling email copy that aligns with the brand's voice.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Experience with Klaviyo: Proficient in using Klaviyo for email marketing with a solid understanding of its features, possessing at least 1-2 years of experience on the platform.
  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, demonstrating success in designing and executing effective campaigns.
  • Design Skills: Familiarity with basic design principles and experience in creating visually appealing emails.
  • Copywriting Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, capable of crafting engaging email copy that drives results.
  • Retention Marketing: Knowledge and experience in utilizing Smile.IO for managing loyalty through email and SMS.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in analyzing email performance metrics and leveraging data for informed decision-making and optimization.
