We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team, based in Bogota, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP technical administration and customer-facing roles, with a strong background in SAP Basis skills and knowledge of hyperscaler platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze customer business requirements and problems, and work collaboratively across teams to provide high-quality services and resolve technical complexities.">
- The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, providing comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.">
- Experience in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration, and upgrades is essential, as well as knowledge of SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies.">
- Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios with SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and other systems.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer business requirements and problems, and work collaboratively across teams to provide high-quality services and resolve technical complexities.">
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, providing comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.">
- Develop and implement technical service plans to meet customer needs, and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscapes.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of managed cloud services and meet customer expectations.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.">
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP technical administration and customer-facing roles, with a strong background in SAP Basis skills.">
- Knowledge of hyperscaler platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with certification preferred.">
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.">
- English language proficiency, with advanced written and spoken skills.">
