Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Demand Planning Leader to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
About the Role:
- Lead the monthly IBP process to create a reliable demand plan, incorporating various factors and variables that impact demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and improve visibility across the supply chain.
- Represent Northern Cluster in meetings with Regional Planning teams to proactively improve demand projections and product availability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and data analysis.
- Collaborate with supply planners to optimize inventory levels and improve product availability.
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on demand planning performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or similar field.
- Demand planning experience.
- Supply planning experience (minimum 5 years).
- English proficiency.
- Database analysis skills.
- IBP/S&OP structure or implementation experience.
