**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Stadium Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects within our EngineeringUK team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with expertise in managing medium-sized projects and coordinating activities with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
  • Be the relationship owner and primary contact for Mace executive team engagement, ensuring efficient governance to achieve our strategic priorities.
  • Responsible for key client relationship management and converting the client's vision into a deliverable onsite plan.
  • Determine and arrange project management, technical services, and external resources required for the project.
  • Collaborate with the team(s) (client, design team, contractors, and other consultants) and all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven successful experience in project management, managing medium-sized projects.
  • Developed communication, presentation, and project planning skills.
  • Budgetary oversight expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in communicating and coordinating activities with stakeholders.
  • Proven understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Competency in understanding construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • Relevant technical qualification/certification for project portfolio.
  • Sound technical expertise in health and safety executive (HSE) rules relevant to the project.
  • Knowledge of consultancy, construction, infrastructure, and property sectors.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
