Job SummaryWe are seeking a Commercial Principal for our Private Equity team to drive growth and lead a team of professionals. As a key member of our Private Equity services team, you will oversee all aspects of our service offerings to Private Equity clients, developing and implementing strategies to drive commercial growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement commercial growth strategies to increase market share within the Private Equity market.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our service offerings and generate revenue growth.
- Drive the development of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of Private Equity clients and differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing Private Equity clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and identify ways to deliver added value through our services.
- Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA preferred.
- Professional services / consulting / research or equivalent experience; transactions experience highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
