About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our software development teams in creating innovative APIs, modules, and features. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet business and technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software products, including SMS, Voice, and other modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and set delivery schedules.
  • Manage and grow the engineering team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain existing applications, modifying them as needed to meet business and technology requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Fluency in Python and experience creating functional designs.
  • Experience creating RESTful APIs and developing unit and functional tests.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Understanding of development best practices and standards.
  • Self-learner with good problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills.
