About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team at Quorum Software. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies, including ReactJS and.Net framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document requirements for software changes and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring it meets the company's standards and best practices.
  • Participate in Agile project planning, management, and improvement, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve software development processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, software design patterns, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with ReactJS,.Net framework, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with C# and MSSQL.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Azure DevOps, DevOps practices, and Test-Driven Development.
  • SaaS software experience.
