Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient interactions with healthcare providers
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and communicating coverage details to patients
  • Providing empathetic support to patients navigating complex healthcare issues
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and communication history

What We Look For:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information with clarity and empathy
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
