About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling email campaigns to drive loan applications and revenue from external marketing offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns to drive loan applications and customer engagement.
- Implement external marketing offers through targeted email promotions.
- Create and manage segmented email workflows, including welcome series, re-engagement, upsells, and win-back campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and financial industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, and Iterable.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of email deliverability, domain reputation, and sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warming).
- Proven experience in increasing engagement rates, reducing spam complaints, and improving inbox placement.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and customer segmentation strategies.
