Sus funciones principales incluyen:
- Definición de Perfiles: Colaborar con los gerentes para entender las necesidades del puesto y definir el perfil del candidato ideal.
- Atracción de Talento: Utilizar diversas estrategias y herramientas para atraer a candidatos.
- Evaluación de Candidatos: Revisar currículos, realizar entrevistas y aplicar pruebas de habilidades para evaluar a los candidatos.
- Coordinación de Entrevistas: Organizar y coordinar las entrevistas con los candidatos y los responsables de selección.
- Comunicación: Mantener una comunicación clara y constante con los candidatos durante el proceso de selección.
- Integración y Seguimiento: A veces, también se encarga de la integración de nuevos empleados y de hacer seguimiento a su adaptación en la empresa.
Horario de trabajo: Lunes a miércoles de 8 am a 5:30 pm y jueves a viernes de 8 am a 6 pm.
Sábado cada 15 días de 8 am a 1 pm.
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo.
