Job Title: EHS Specialist

At Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany Gmbh, we are seeking an EHS Specialist to ensure compliance with the requirements of the EHS system, based on the ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards and local law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety, industrial hygiene processes, and environmental fields.

  • Ensure compliance with EHS system requirements, including ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards and local law.
  • Conduct and monitor integrated corporate audits of EHS to verify compliance.
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies to support the main goal of "Zero Serious Injury."
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Comply with company policies and relevant global EHS objectives.
    • Support internal and external audits of EHS processes and systems.
    • Review, analyze, and manage the implementation of new mandatory EHSS and/or current legal requirements.
    • Develop EHS activities and support the realization of EHS projects.

Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety, industrial hygiene processes, and/or environmental fields, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial processes.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in interdisciplinary teams, problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, creativity, and excellent interpersonal relationships.
