We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Community Ambassador to join our team. As a Community Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with a high-quality sense of urgency.
Responsibilities- Greet all guests, teammates, and clients with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately
- Provide administrative support across the organization
- Order supplies and ensure that the site is fully stocked
- Plan events and activities to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Sort mail and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
- 3 years of administrative or hospitality experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Approachable, patient, and flexible
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; understanding of the Google Suite is a plus
- Flexible to work the 9am-6pm shift Monday through Friday
- Occasionally available to work nights/weekends
