About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Community Ambassador to join our team. As a Community Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with a high-quality sense of urgency.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, teammates, and clients
- Handle administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and planning events
- Answer phones and sort mail/deliveries
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
- 3 years of administrative or hospitality experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Approachable, patient, and flexible
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding of the Google Suite
