Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Biotechnology Research Assistant to join our team at Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena.

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing molecular tools for protein production in cell cultures, identifying mutants involved in growth and development in plants, and analyzing data from transcriptomics and metabolomic studies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of English (B2-C1 level)
  • Prior experience in biotechnology, biology, chemical engineering, informatics, or data science
  • Basic skills in lab work for lab profiles
  • Programming skills in Python/R for data science and informatics
