We are looking for passionate and customer-obsessed Customer Support Specialists (Phone) to join our client's Call Center as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via phone and ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and with empathy.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to high-volume inbound customer requests via phone, resolving customer issues, questions, or concerns promptly and with empathy, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Evaluate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- C1-C2 level English proficiency.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- College degree in communication, marketing, languages, or similar preferred.
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet office space.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in the BPO industry preferred.
