Client Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team at ITOS. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of payroll consolidation services and other Human Resources services for assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and ensure compliance with all phases of the payroll process for assigned clients.
- Generate and/or validate payment and closing reports.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Attend meetings to improve processes with the team and clients.
- Address queries from accounting teams and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Mediate in billing processes and manage cash flow with the Treasury Department.
- Train clients and local teams in using information systems and technology platforms.
- Generate reports for internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with established internal operation protocols.
- Transportation allowance from day 1.
