Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team in Spain or the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate with proven knowledge of Spain to deliver exceptional customer service and create bespoke experiences for our clients.

About the Role:

As a Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of resort operation, ensuring guest arrangements are in place, and villas presented to agreed standards. You will plan complex client itineraries, make Experience bookings pre-arrival, and personally deal with Platinum bookings for UHNW clients.

You will work closely with villa staff and Head Office to ensure seamless operations, assist with sourcing and onboarding new Experiences, and promote them through social media. Your local knowledge will help clients make reservations for restaurants and beach clubs, and you will be responsible for organizing pre-arrival arrangements for clients in liaison with local concierge suppliers and villas.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage your time efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. You should have experience working with HNW clients, handling complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of €30,000 per year, 28 days annual leave, a company lifestyle package, and an annual bonus scheme. A clean driving license and own vehicle are required, and travel to Spain up to 7 days at a time may be necessary.
