Job Title: Luxury Villa Experience Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Luxury Villa Experience Coordinator to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for our guests in handpicked private villas and haciendas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of resort operation, ensuring guest arrangements are in place and villas presented to agreed standards.
  • Plan complex client itineraries and make Experience bookings pre-arrival.
  • Personally deal with Platinum bookings for UHNW clients.
  • Assist with sourcing and onboarding new Experiences, working closely with the marketing team to promote them.
  • Deal with any issues efficiently whilst always ensuring that guests feel reassured and listened to.
  • Organising pre-arrival arrangements for clients in liaison with local concierge suppliers and villas.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage your own time efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Own car essential, mileage paid.
  • Great communicator with strong written and spoken English.
  • Experienced working with HNW clients, always offering total discretion.
  • Problem solver.
  • Experienced CRM and Gmail user, competent with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Spanish language skills are a bonus.
