Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial activities of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide timely and accurate financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws, and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
  • Develop and implement effective financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct financial analysis and evaluation of business opportunities, investments, and cost-saving initiatives to support strategic decision-making.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles, preferably in the software consultancy or IT services industry.
  • Experience with transfer pricing, foreign currency management, and other financial matters which arise from foreign subsidiaries.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting, including experience in a role with annual audit requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling software.
